How a screening runs
1. You order and tell us the role.
You select the screening profile and pay. No candidate details are needed at this point.
2. We send you a secure intake link.
You enter the candidate's name and email address in our portal, not at checkout. This keeps their data out of the payment system entirely.
3. The candidate is informed, then invited.
They receive a message in Dutch or English listing exactly which checks will run and why, before anything begins. They can ask questions before they start.
4. The candidate completes their part.
Around ten minutes on a phone. They scan their ID and release their own diploma record with DigiD. Nothing is retrieved without them.
5. We verify.
We query the registers, contact former employers and submit the VOG application. You can see progress per check while it runs.
6. A person reviews the result.
Every finding is checked by a trained reviewer. Nothing adverse reaches you from an automated process alone.
7. You and the candidate receive the report at the same time.
Same document, same moment. If something is wrong, the candidate has a route to correct it before you act on it.
8. Source documents are deleted.
Once a check is verified, the underlying scan or extract is destroyed. We keep the outcome, on a fixed clock.
