Each check answers one specific question.
You choose the checks that fit the role. That is not only cheaper — it is what the law expects, because every check has to be justified by the job it relates to.
Not sure which checks a role needs?
Tell us the job title and we will tell you what we would screen for it, and what we would not. Under Dutch rules every check has to be justified by the role, so screening less is often the correct answer — and always the cheaper one.

Screen someone without telling them
The candidate must be informed before screening begins and told the result afterwards. There is no lawful covert option.
Trawl social media
Rarely relevant to the role, almost never defensible under a data minimisation test, and a reliable way to import bias into your hiring.
